45 Students of Modi College Short-listed by Auto-Mobile Sector During the Placement Drive at Modi College

The Placement Cell of Multani Mal Modi College today organised a placement drive for the college students in the auto-mobile sector. During this placement drive 45 students were interviewed and short-listed by the Raj Vehicle Private Limited for Marketing and sales, service marketing and concern resolution Departments. The selection panel was headed by Human Resource Managers Mr. Rahul Sharma and Ms. Rashma Sharma.
College Principal Dr. Neeraj Goyal welcomed the human resource team on reaching the college campus and congratulated the short-listed students. He said that our college is committed to provide quality education and skill-based learning to the students which results in their successful careers and fruitful lives. He also told that college is going to organise many such placement drives in the coming days so that our students get a chance to be selected for the best jobs in various industries.
Prof. Parminder Kaur introduced the students to the Human Resource team leaders and motivated the students to perform their best in the interviews. Placement Officer Dr. Rohit Sechdeva said that our placement cell is negotiating with different sectors, employment firms and companies, so that we may help our students in choosing their future careers smoothly. Dr. Harleen Kaur and Dr. Kuldeep Kaur supervised the interview process and the smooth functioning of the drive.

ਮੁਲਤਾਨੀ ਮੱਲ ਮੋਦੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਸੈੱਲ ਨੇ ਆਟੋ-ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਸੈਕਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਲਈ, ਰਾਜ ਵਹੀਕਲ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਡਰਾਈਵ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ।ਇਸ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਡਰਾਈਵ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ 45 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜ ਵਹੀਕਲ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਲਿਮਟਿਡ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮਹਿੰਦਰਾ ਐਂਡ ਮਹਿੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਂਡਾ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਮਾਰਕੀਟਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਲਜ਼ ਵਿਭਾਗ, ਸਰਵਿਸ ਮਾਰਕੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਾਰਟ-ਲਿਸਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਚੋਣ ਟੀਮ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹਿਊਮਨ ਰਿਸੋਰਸ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਸ. ਰਸ਼ਿਮਾ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਨੀਰਜ ਗੋਇਲ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਹਿਊਮਨ ਰਿਸੋਰਸ ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਕੈਂਪਸ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ‘ਤੇ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਰਟ ਲਿਸਟ ਕੀਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਡਾ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਨਰ ਅਧਾਰਤ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਫਲ ਕੈਰੀਅਰ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਦਾ ਸੁਪਨਾ ਸਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਸਕਣ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਾਲਜ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਕਈ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਡਰਾਈਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕਰਨ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧੀਆ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਹੁਦਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਚੁਣੇ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਮਿਲ ਸਕੇ।
ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਪਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ, ਕਾਮਰਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਹਿਊਮਨ ਰਿਸੋਰਸ ਟੀਮ ਦੇ ਲੀਡਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਣ-ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਡਾ. ਰੋਹਿਤ ਸਚਦੇਵਾ, ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਡਾ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਸੈੱਲ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਅਲੱਗ-ਅਲੱਗ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਫਰਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੇ ਕੈਰੀਅਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਚੁਣਨ ਲਈ ਮਦਦਗਾਰ ਹੋ ਸਕੀਏ। ਡਾ. ਹਰਲੀਨ ਕੌਰ, ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਅਤੇ ਡਾ. ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ, ਜਨ-ਸੰਚਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਡਰਾਈਵ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਚਾਰੂ ਰੂਪ ਨਾਲ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਢੁਕਵਾਂ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
